Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the RoutelyOS platform at routelyos.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. RoutelyOS is currently in early access; features, and these terms, may change as the platform develops. We'll give active accounts notice of material changes.
Service Description
RoutelyOS is field service management software: dispatch, scheduling, route optimization, franchise/territory management, and worker payouts for home service businesses. RoutelyOS is a software provider — we are not a party to the service agreement between a franchise account and its own customers.
Accounts & Franchise Data
A franchise account is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters (pricing, job details, worker information) and for its own customers' consent to data collection. You retain ownership of your operational data; RoutelyOS processes it to provide the Service and does not use it to train models sold to other customers or shared outside your account's row-level security scope.
Fees & Billing
RoutelyOS is in early access. Pricing is not yet published as a fixed public rate card — it is scoped per account based on business size and confirmed directly before billing begins. Where a paid subscription is active, fees are billed via Stripe on the schedule agreed with your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, to attempt to access another franchise's data outside your account's scope, to circumvent rate limiting or security controls, or to resell the Service without a separate written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutelyOS and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an account per the terms agreed at signup, or with notice where no separate agreement exists. On termination, we'll provide a reasonable window to export operational data before deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
