By accessing or using the Routely platform at routelyos.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Routely reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Routely is a field service management platform that connects customers with professional home service providers. Services include gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter guard installation, dryer vent cleaning, and related home exterior services. Routely facilitates booking, scheduling, dispatch, and payment processing between customers and service professionals.
When you book a service through Routely, you agree to pay the quoted price for the selected service. Prices are displayed before you confirm your booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers:
More than 24 hours before service: Free cancellation with a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before service: A $25.00 cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance is refunded.
Less than 2 hours before service: Cancellations are not permitted within 2 hours of the scheduled service time, as crews may already be en route.
Rescheduling is available free of charge when done more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a service. Routely reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routely and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Routely does not guarantee the availability of service providers in all areas or at all times. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent service providers.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Routely platform are owned by or licensed to Routely. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
